What is our return policy?


If your product is unused and in as new condition, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the day you purchased it to receive a full refund.

 

To return an item: All return orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at missionpeakgear@gmail.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with authorization number and a return shipping address. All returns must be in brand new and resellable condition and returned in the original packaging. Returned items that are not in their original packaging and/or deemed not resellable will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees for returned items.


In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or processed incorrectly, please contact us immediately.  We will do out best to resolve the issue.

 

 

What is our warranty?


We will warrant each and every Mission Peak Gear branded product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date, and we will repair or replace it with a new product, at our option, any Mission Peak Gear branded product that is defective. Mission Peak Gear does not warrant its' products against normal wear and tear or misuse. If your Mission Peak Gear branded product was damaged due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage and may be able to repair it for a reasonable fee. If your Mission Peak Gear branded product is unable to be repaired, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Mission Peak Gear branded product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials.
